To sign up as an investor, you must complete the entire process, from personal data to filling out the appropriateness questionnaire and loss simulation, if your investor category requires it. Once logged in, you can access your personal area and view all the projects available on the portal.
RegisterOnce logged in, you will have access to all the information of your interest. Review all the documentation related to the offer (Registry Extract, Business Plan, Information Sheet on the offer, etc.) and ask for additional information if needed, by directly interacting with the project promoters, contacting us or participating in our events. For each project, you will find the category of investors allowed. If you do not fall within these, you will still have the right to view the documentation but will not be able to make the investment.
By clicking on Invest, you can proceed with the process. 2meet2biz offers you two alternatives: 1) Investment with ordinary share registration and 2) Investment with alternative share registration as per art. 100ter of the TUF (Terms and Conditions). Once the transfer is made, you will see the status of the campaign in your reserved area – Investments section. You will also receive an email with a summary of the order and instructions for proceeding with the transfer.
